Residential facilities for Stichting Project, Bonaire

We wanted to share some photos of our latest project in Hato Bonaire, a residential project with communal space. Our client Stichting Project will use these for assistance and the treatment of young people with bond issues or attachment disorders.

Some facts:

3 energy efficient buildings (RC-value at 6,3 m2K/W)

2 buildings with individual bedrooms and communal space, 1 building with offices

In total roughly 540 square meters floor area

A total of 14.000 meters light weight construction steel, weighing 35.000kg!

Construction time: 5 months (estimated completion: September 2018)
